"Highly recommended. Got a rear flat on my Porsche 911 Carrera 4 while at the Port Hope OnRoute on the 401. CAA dispatched Brown's Towing. After a slightly longer wait than expected (due to Brown's servicing a tractor mishap), Dave arrived with Brown's excellent flatbed truck to haul us to a local tire shop. Dave first found and installed the front hook on the Porsche (you learn something every day...). Dave was very friendly and did a great job loading and securing the Porsche with a lot of care. Arriving at the tire shop, I determined that it was going to take 2 days to get tires, so I decided it would be more convenient to have Brown's town us to Mark Motors back home in Ottawa. Within a few minutes John then took over and drove us and the Porsche to Ottawa. John is a very good and safe driver, and we had a very pleasant drive swapping stories on the way to Ottawa. Thanks also to Mark's in Ottawa for having an experienced staff member on hand after hours to assist with unloading. The professionalism and friendliness of Dave and John at Brown's turned an inconvenient turn of events into a pleasurable experience. "

"With today being Christmas, when our car quit at the Port Hope On Route station, we thought we were stuck. After finding out our Kia roadside assistance had expired, we had no choice but to call a local tow company and were exceptionally lucky to have picked Brown's. The tow truck arrived very quickly, and the driver had our car loaded and ready to go before we knew it. As we are from Oshawa, the driver had to take us a fair distance, but he was extremely polite and upbeat about the whole situation, keeping our spirits up even though our Christmas plans were squashed. The driver went above and beyond for us, dropping our car off at the dealership and then taking us home as well. Our day did not go as we had originally planned, but our experience with this company really turned our day around, and we are so thankful for their wonderful service. I highly recommend this company, their prompt service and thoughtful driver helped us make the best of a bad situation, and we are completely grateful for it! Thanks again!"
